Return Policy

Just don't love it? No Problem! Items will be accepted for return up to 14 days after delivery. All items must be returned unused, smoke and smell free, and with original tags and packaging still intact to be issued a return.

All sale items, accessories and jewelry are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Items postmarked with 1-7 days of delivery are eligible for a full refund minus a 20% restocking fee or a store credit for the full purchase amount minus the cost of shipping as shipping costs are non-refundable and non-negotiable

Items postmarked with 8-14 days of delivery will be issued a store credit for the amount of the purchase minus the cost of shipping as shipping costs are non-refundable and non-negotiable.

Please contact us at support@twosweetberries.com to initiate a return and address for shipping your returns. Once items are received, your return will be processed with 7-10 business days. Items that do not comply with the return policy as mentioned above will not be returned to the customer and a refund or store credit will not be applied. Items sent back after the 14 days will only receive store credit minus a 20% restock fee.

Damaged Items

We inspect all items before shipping them out but sometimes mistakes are made. If you receive an item that is damaged you MUST notify us within 3 days of receiving your order or we unfortunately cannot accept a return of the item. Item MUST be unused and tags still attached. Please email us at support@twosweetberries.com with a picture of the defect along with your name and order number.

Exchanges

Due to the limited quantities and fast turnover of inventory we cannot offer exchanges. If you wish you swap your item for a different size or color, return your item during the 14 day return window and order the correct size or color using the store credit or refunded amount.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the costs of shipping your item back to us. The costs of shipping are non-refundable and non-negotiable. If you are issued a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it along with any other fees as mentioned above.
